For the fashion laggards, Seven for all Mankind are the new American Eagle, and for the slightly progressed, True Religion are the new Seven for all Mankind. Of course, some of us fashion girls have been wearing Sevens for a few years already, and I'd already seen True Religion as well.

Chanel is the new Coach which was the new Dooney and Bourke.

When buckets of rain start pouring, rain boots become the new Uggs. And yes, some people do wear their rain boots with mini skirts.

Flats are the new heels.

Purple is the new black.

Skinny pants are the new flares.

Graphic zip-up hoodies are the new pullovers.

Puma is the new Nike, though Nike forever remains strong in Oregon.
